Call for Art: Berea Arts Council Annual Community Art Show

Theme: ART-ISM's: Exploring Tendencies and Styles in Art

The Berea Arts Council is thrilled to announce our annual Community Art Show, and this year, we're diving deep into the captivating realm of ART-ISM's! We invite all artists, both seasoned and emerging, to participate in this celebration of artistic tendencies, styles, and philosophies.

Art movements, or "isms," have shaped the course of art history, each carrying its own unique philosophy and vision. These movements have inspired generations of artists and ignited creativity across the globe. For this year's show, we're seeking artwork that delves into the essence of an art movement. Whether you're drawn to the avant-garde spirit of Dadaism, the vibrant colors of Fauvism, or the geometric precision of Cubism, we want to see your interpretation and celebration of ART-ISM's.

Submission Guidelines:

Theme: Your artwork should reflect a specific art movement or "ism" and embody its style or characteristics. Please identify the ISMS that your piece(s) are when submitting them.

Medium: All mediums are welcome (BAC can not accommodate video or audio pieces)

Submission Limit: Each artist may submit up to 2 pieces for consideration. Submission is FREE.
