You are invited to participate in the Berea Arts Council’s Winter Gift Event, Original Art…Original Gift. This sales event celebrates the upcoming winter holidays and runs from October 26 through December 22. The opening reception is Friday, October 26 from 5:30-7:30 pm.
We’re looking for a mix of artwork: 2 and 3-D pieces including pottery, glass, jewelry, scarves, quilted items, metal, and wood. We are interested in having a collection of holiday-themed ornaments and greeting cards as well.
All work submitted must be available for purchase and be display-ready (framed, with wire for hanging if 2-D). Five pieces of artwork may be submitted initially. (If you are showing cards or ornaments, please contact us about providing additional quantities) As the work sells, we may contact you for additional pieces. Artists receive 60% of the proceeds from the sale of their work.
Artwork priced below the $100 level is generally what sells best.
Please provide any printed information (business cards or rack cards) that you would like to have included with your work as it sells.
